Our approach

Safe Night Cycling is made by Crispr Labs. The app works offline and does not collect, store, or share personal data.

How the lights work

The app uses the phone's screen to operate a rear-facing light and the phone's built-in flash to operate a front-facing light. This device hardware access is used only to operate those lights. We do not invent or require any other use of your device data.

Data sharing

Safe Night Cycling does not collect or share your personal information with Crispr Labs or with third parties. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Support emails

If you voluntarily email us for support, we will receive the email address and information you choose to include in that message. We use that information to respond to your request. This voluntary email exchange is separate from the app's offline data practices.
